- Start Line (0km) – The race begins at the Masai Mara Nation Reserve entrance, located in Kenya’s Rift Valley.
- Kilometer (1-5) – The first section takes runners through a dirt road, with rolling hills, rural villages, and stunning views of the savannah and local wildlife.
